Contact received a 3.78/5 rating. Hitters felt confident that the light weight and forgiving barrel could provide consistent contact, however the quality of perfect contact was not at the same level as that of a power bat.

Look and feel earned a 4.33/5, making it the highest-rated player opinion score. Players had very positive reviews for the blue colorway and futuristic design and the majority of hitters liked how both the weight and grip felt in their hands. The only negative feedback was that hitters were not blown away by the sound of the barrel.

The players were still confident in the quality of contact on slight mishits, giving sweet spot a 3.89/5.

The Louisville Slugger Atlas Hybrid 2027 earned a 4/5 for balance. Players found the light feel of the bat comfortable and easy to swing.

The bat earned a 3.78/5 for pop. The players felt that for a contact bat, the Atlas Hybrid had solid pop, but still not the destructive power of an end-loaded bat.

The players were split on control. The contact hitters felt they had excellent control over the barrel, while the power hitters felt the bat was too light and they would overswing, bringing down the control score to a 3.56/5.

The Louisville Slugger Atlas Hybrid 2027 averaged 83.8 mph in exit velocity, with a top speed of 92.2 mph. Compared to the baseline, it finished -2.3 mph, or -2.6%. This slight decline is a result of the light weight distribution hitting the ball with less force.

Average distance came in at 276.6 ft, finishing -8.0ft and -3.2% below baseline.  The Atlas Hybrid produced a best swing of 349.3 ft, the 3rd farthest of any bat. Once again, the light weight bat did not swing with much force and did not help hitters gain more distance on the average swing, but could still produce real power in the right hands.

Sweet spot rate averaged 56.76%, decreasing by -4.4% relative to the baseline comparison. Even with a forgiving barrel, the hitters were getting on top of the ball from the lighter feel and not driving the ball in the air at a consistent rate.

The bat produced a 24.32% hard-hit rate and finished -8.9% below the baseline. Although the Atlas Hybrid excelled in producing consistent contact, the contact was not always high enough quality to meet the standards for hard hit rate.

Barreled rate averaged 2.70%. The bat showed a -3.9% decrease compared to the baseline. The bat produced very consistent results, however these results were consistently below the launch angle and exit velocity standards of barreled rate.

The Louisville Slugger Atlas Hybrid 2027 averaged 66.45 mph in bat speed, with a best swing of 71.7 mph. Compared to the baseline, it finished -0.3 mph, or -0.5%. The bat was too light to build up additional momentum on the swing, but it did not end up making a meaningful difference to bat speed.

Peak hand speed averaged 20.48 mph, with a top speed of 23.2 mph. The Atlas Hybrid finished -0.2 mph (-1.0%) below the baseline. Hitters did not need to exert much effort to get their hands through the zone, but there was only a slight decrease showing that they could maintain efficiency without much effort.

Time to contact averaged 0.148 seconds, with a reported best mark of 0.130 seconds. The bat finished +0.002 seconds, or +1.6%, relative to baseline. This slower time is unexpected, as hitters claimed to have an easy time adjusting to pitches all over the zone. The most likely explanation for this increase is that hitters did not have to put in as much effort to swing the bat, slowing down the average time to contact.
